supported by plain wood posts and enclosed within a solid wood balustrade. Fenestration is flattopped, 1/1, with replacement sash.

1-story, front-gable house with Craftsman-style elements. Roll-asphalt siding. Recessed front porch with curvilinear intrados. Fenestration is flat-topped, retaining the original 9/1 sash. Exposed rafter tails.
4 Park Court c. 1925 non-contributing building
1-story, front gable house of wood construction with gable roof and gable-end-orientation to the
street, with an asymmetrical façade. Fenestration is flat-topped, including the presence of a sliding glass window. The roof is penetrated by 2 red brick chimneys, and the exterior surfaces are finished in non-historic siding. The porch has been removed. The building does not retain integrity.

1-story, side-gable house with Craftsman-style elements. Off-set gable porch on façade. Gables are clipped. The exterior is finished in thin shiplap siding, with a step shouldered brick chimney on the south elevation. Also on the south elevation is a projecting shed roofed bay.

1-story, side-gable house with clipped gables and Craftsman-style elements. Wood construction,
finished in thin shiplap siding, forward-projecting gable-roof front porch supported by paired wood posts. Fenestration is flat-topped, with original multi-light sash, and a shed-roofed oriel on one elevation likely accesses an inglenook on the interior.
