The front entrance is off set and hooded by a small side gabled roof. The fenestration has fixed shutters on the second story and is flat-topped. There is an internal gable chimney on the west elevation. Concrete steps with a metal railing lead to the front entrance from the side walk. A stone retaining wall is along the western side of the property following the driveway and curving at the sidewalk.

The symmetrical façade incorporates a centered entry bay flanked by stylized crenellated towers. The main entrance is through a stone frontispiece. The building is otherwise modest in its detailing incorporating a stone watertable and similar beltcourse above the 3rd story windows.

Due to the changes, the building does not retain sufficient historic integrity to be considered eligible.

901 Grant Street c. 1910 contributing building

1½-story double house finished in brick, with a multiple roof system and a porch extending across the façade accessing both interior units. Distinctive in its design, this building incorporates segmentalarched windows as well as flat-topped windows, some of which have been in-filled and other replaced with modern sash units. The building originally served as the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Though there have been some alterations, the overall form of the building retains sufficient integrity to be considered contributing.
