Partial returns of the cornice on the gable ends.

Hipped-roof front porch extends across the façade, supported by plain wood posts and enclosed within a solid wood railing. In the angle of the ell is an original 1-story porch supported by paired wood posts. A shed wall dormer is on the north side of the façade.

This property is identical to 109 Glenwood Avenue, two doors to the north.

A hipped-roof porch with an offset pediment extends across the façade, supported by paired wood posts resting on brick piers. Centered on the second story is a 3-unit window shielded by a hood. Side entrance on the south elevation is shielded by a pedimented hood matching that on the façade.
